Although the mousse-like texture, but the desserts this one is much more delicate and rich flavor. Blend cream cheese,whipped cream and sour cream to form soft savory taste special.While the aroma of lemon juice gives extra strong fresh flavor.
Ingredients (For 16 Glasses):
* 600 g cream cheese
* 150 g sugar
* 4 chicken egg yolks
* 12 g gelatine sheets
* 440 g sour cream
* 2 lemons, take the water
*1 lemon, grated skin
* 685 g whipped cream
How to make:
1. Beat cream cheese until soft.
2. Heat the sugar with a little water until melted and reaches a temperature of about 120C
3. Soak gelatine in cold water until soft.
4. Beat the egg yolks until thick and pale.
5. Pour hot sugar water a little while beat until blended.
6. Mix with cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
7. Add the lemon juice and lemon peel and stir well.
8. Add whipped cream and stir well
9. Spray the mixture into molds or cups.
10. .Store in refrigerator for 3 hours.
11. Decorate according to taste. Serve cold.
