Occasionally you may just try the steak with a slightly differentsauce. Steak topped with mayonnaise was equally delicioustaste with black pepper sauce or peppers. This one is given atouch of chopped onions and chives are delicious aroma.
Ingredients (For 2 People):
* 2 pieces @ 150 g sirloin steak
* 2 tablespoons butter
Marinade, mix together:
* 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
* 1 clove garlic, grated
* 1 teaspoon soy sauce
* 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
topping:
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 20 g onion, chopped
* 2 tsp chopped chives
* 50 ml of bottled mayonnaise
How to make:
1. Tusuki pieces of steak with a fork. Marinate with the marinadeuntil blended. Diamkana for 30 minutes.
2. Heat the butter in a heavy based frying pan. Cook the steak untilbrowned and cooked on both sides. Remove from heat.
3. Topping: Stir-fry garlic and onion until slightly dry. Remove and drain.
4. Put a piece of steak on a serving plate, put sauteed onions,chives and mayonnaise.
4. Serve immediately.
