Sweet Potato Roll Bread

The shape and texture similar baquette aka French bread but it seems more legitThe sweet potato flavor and soft texture givesspecial on this breadVery tasty dipped in a warm cream soup.Do not be surprised if you find that you become addicteddelicious!

Ingredients (for 24 pieces):

* 1000 g high protein flour (hard flour)
* 20 g sugar
* 20 g of salt
* 10 g Bread Improver (S-500)
* 300 g of steamed yellow yams, mashed
* 550 ml cold water

How to make:

1. Put all ingredients into the bread mixerStir on low speed for 3minutes firstRaise then at medium speed for 10 minutes.

2. After that input soft sweet stir brieflyLift the dough from the mixerand let it rest for 20 minutes.

3. Cut each 80 grlet stand for 10 minutesthen shape according to taste.

4. Let rise for 20-30 minutes.

5. Put it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes with a temperature of 180 C.

6. Remove from heat.
